History
Sports, stage, and screen have always been intrinsic in my life. My childhood was filled with individual and team athletics while growing up in California. At fifteen, I won a scholarship to study at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. For three years, I attended high school in the morning and would then head to the professional theater company to study method acting, voice, improvisation, and dance.

In my twenties, I worked as a commercial print and runway model. I appeared in various ads for Macy's, Planet Hollywood, and Aveda cosmetics, and walked the runways for designers such as Armani, Go Silk, and Comme des Garcons.
When I turned thirty, I also began work as a television actor. I have starred in various roles on shows such as Nash Bridges with Don Johnson and also filmed a variety of pilot television series projects. To this day, I remain a current and active working member of the Screen Actors Guild.

During my fashion and television years, my profile in the Health and Fitness field also rose. I appeared in work out videos and scored both national and international fitness presentations. I was also awarded a grant to study at the University of San Francisco (USF) where I began completing my four-year degree in Exercise and Sport Science (ESS), graduating in May, 2003, with an award from both USF and from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the gold standard in professional fitness accreditation.
